The price was OK that’s why I booked this.

we we found two live bugs in the room and smoke alarm. Went off late evening. Had to go to the office and found out that some other guest burned something in their room.

To much was going on outside the facility

Breakfast was provided and location was very good. But Swimming pool was closed.

Swimming area was closed and was not able to sit down or work in the area.

The location of where it's at is great I've stayed here in the past or had a bad experience till now

Group of people at the pool late night making noise killed a roach as soon as we got in the room showered look like it hadn't been wiped down for weeks and the tiki bar is still not open which was always a plus first day here paying close to $300 for one night is unacceptable it's not like they did any renovations here the room at most is only worth $150 price gouging and greed

Room was clean, nice floors and bed. Convenient to where we were visiting. Breakfast area clean and staff pleasant.

Room had connector door - could hear all conversations from next door and from other rooms. Pillows were square but there were plenty on the bed. Shower rod sagged and water pressure was minimal. Not aware that we had to "order" our breakfast so only had bagels/toast/cereal/yogurt and coffee as options.

Breakfast was ok. Room very clean. Location convenient but noisy.

Well breakfast on the hotel ad was misleading, the recording said it was a hot buffet with eggs sausage etc. It turned out to be cereal, yogurt, bagels & toast, but they did have hot pancake maker & coffee.

Well they didn't always leave what we needed like in room coffee, we went down and got it from the office, but that was about it, over they did a good job

Price is over room rate, but the area is high. AIRBNB is much cheaper.

The sink was stopped up for several days.

Very good location and convenient. Great heated pool. Room remodeled and updated. Very clean. Good deal for the price. Would stay here again

Sofa bed was OK for kids but would not be comfortable for adults. Breakfast was OK but only cereal, instant oatmeal, toast, bagel, muffin, yogurt, coffee and juice-enough to get by.

The staff was very Accommodating. The room was nice. We really enjoyed the pool.
