The new front desk girl was a pleasure to work with very precessional and was super friendly with great smile! She is a good asset to your team!

There was no where nice to sit and enjoy a cigar at night! I like to relax and smoke a nice cigar. But I was told I had to sit in the parking lot by the guy bartender at the pool! Your team needs to stop over at the Marriott and take a look around they have a bunch of nice smoking areas! Also the no outside drinks at the pool is a rip off! People don’t want to spend 100 bucks to drink over priced drinks at a small pool with no view! You need to make some changes I’ll be staying at the Marriott again on my next trip! I feel like it was a big waste of money and I should have stuck with my gut feeling and stayed at the Marriott! But I wanted to give you all a try!

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I left a pillow and a plant there and called today. Had to leave a message. No one has called me back yet.

Bed was super comfy! The property was gorgeous and easy to access. Not right in town but close enough and a lot within walking distance. Clean. Helpful staff. Nice pool. Fun activities. Would stay there again for sure.

If more activities time slots were offered. The food/drink service as hit or miss, meaning it seemed like they were present based on if more people were there.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. The wet room in the bathroom was neat. I liked the bath robes. Comfortable beds. My kids liked the yard space (we were on ground level). Being greeted with choice of margarita or water was a nice touch.

Very relaxed environment. Pool was very nice with exceptional service. Room was very quiet. Parking was convenient. Entertainment was exceptional.

Only significant complaint was that housecleaning “missed” our room one day. Our waitress for breakfast at Rascals seemed very disinterested (not necessarily rude, just didn’t have much personality). Both are minor issues and not a big deal. We were a bit disappointed in the view from our room but that was on us for not understanding what we booked.

Amazing tranquil property with everything you could wish for including an incredible view of thunder mountain! We loved this place, the spa was incredible also. The service was 5 star on every level! We found our second home in Sedona!
