Habitaciones muy amplias, limpias, equipadas y bien decoradas. La alberca tenía buena temperatura para esta temporada y el desayuno de cortesía nos pareció bien, excelente servicio de Deborah en el desayuno

El sofá cama tenía un colchón muy incómodo y no se tenía cobija adicional a pesar de que pedimos habitación para 5 personas. Considerando esto también sería conveniente proveer raciones de café suficientes.

Took 1.5 hours to get room service.

The property had a nice clean pool area, location is good.

the room it’s self was very dirty. The pull out bed had trash left inside when we pulled it out. There we’re stains in the carpet and curtains and couch. The fridge and tv in the front area didn’t work. If you want wifi in your room you have to pay an extra fee. The bathtub didn’t drain well at all left standing water. For $150 for 1 night it was disappointing, and they ask for $50 deposit when you check in that is not disclosed on booking.com

Room was spacious. Restaurant and Cafe on site was great

Lots of baby bugs looked like Beatles, king suite had bathroom in main bedroom area which is not good for privacy when traveling with kids

The room was just beautiful and all the neat light fixtures. We were just impressed with the whole stay!

The bed is very old and small. Breakfast is not fresh. I have never had such a bad breakfast. It is not worth the price.

the pool area was nice even tho weather chilly

we were given wrong room number, key didn’t work and it was a long walk with our luggage. tv remotes didn’t work, bathroom had not been cleaned!! big red flag!

Loud noise whenever the heater kicked on and off. Really loud.. Sink backed up from the above renters shower. They had to snake it. Whole room stank for hours. Bathroom door refused to stay closed without slamming it. So it was loud at night when someone was sleeping. One area of room freezing tge other hot because of set up of thermostat, and the steady breeze coming through gap in front door. Overall disappointed.

Staff at the front desk and breakfast buffet are excellent

Never saw housekeeping during 4 night stay. One night was on us, left DND sign up. Minimal staff of coffee kiosk, had to wait for Front Desk clerk to be free of Front desk duties. Sound proofing very poor. Noise through the windows, noise form the corridor. Bed lighting very poorly designed. Reading light only works when main light is on.

Wait staff at breakfast were lovely people. Only good part.

Few choices. Food undercooked and sitting in great. Acon was still mostly white!!!

You can walk across the street to the hospital, great location, good restaurants around you can walk to and a CVS.

My daughter was at tmc They did give me a discount for one night, but the room I got had no heat so it was freezing, the next night I paid $319 plus the tax almost $400 different room much smaller, but warm atleast

The other residents were extremely loud banging doors, yelling, and running up and down the hallways past 10 o'clock at night. They were adults & seemed to have a party going on next door. They were eventually told to be quiet from staff around 11 o'clock and were quiet after that. Normally, this wouldn't bother me but I was taking a BIG licensing exam the next morning & needed all the sleep I could get. It was the reason I was staying here. Also, I felt a bit unsafe as a single female staying here because of the large gap between the door frame & flooring... there was not a seal & created a large gap in the threshold. It would have been very easy for someone to shimmy something between the door frame & open the door. I placed a chair in front of the door to alert me if someone were to gain access to the room.
