Location was phenomenal for skiing.
We had breakfast at the hotel's buffet and found it a poor value though at well prepared. Front desk and car valets didn't seem to communicate. Twice we had called the front desk to ask that our car be ready 20 minutes before we needed it and when we came down the car valets had no idea we needed the car. We would have been better off just coming down a few minutes early, something the front desk should have told us.

Loved the bathroom- very roomy.
Room was small. No fridge like advertised. There was construction and the pool and hot tub were not in use. Also not mentioned on the website.

GSL property was the conference hotel. Catered meals were delicious.
Room was not clean when I checked in. Construction prohibited entrance and egress which made me feel trapped in the hotel. Restaurant hotel should have been open for lunch to accommodate the conference attendees.

Pool and hot tub were closed. It was one of the main reasons I booked there. Room was a Average. It bad at all but nothing special either.

Very nice hotel, clean and nice room. Mountain style and very good position for sky at Canyons Village.
Hotel was under renovation and it was not stated in the booking or in the website. No pool, no spa and health fitness center, restaurant closed, no outdoor area to stay.
Alternative pool at a sister hotel proposed, but it was very small and far away.
Not worthwhile the price we paid.

Fantastic property, location, and service. Reminiscent of a European resort given combo of utility and coziness.
Pillows can be better. They are fluffy to start, but end up flat like napkins.

we got dinner for 2 it came out to be 112 for just pasta and a salad and it was TERRIBLE!!
we went to grappas the fallowing day and that’s a place where 100 meals actually taste what there worth

Location couldn’t be better! Steps from the gondola and we could ski back directly into the hotel. We also had a create suite: two separated rooms with a spacious interconnected living room. 3 baths in total.
The grab n go restaurant has not many options. Room service is better!

Front desk were very accommodating. Changed our room so we had a bigger room for our anniversary. Also, so we did’t have to look at the construction. Ove the full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. Plenty of towels. Love the extra linens including pillows so we were not chasing staff for it.
The only disappointment was the restaurant was closed and there was construction going on, so lots of noise during the day (Jack hammering) Also, trucks pulling in and backing up at 3:00 am. Not many staff members. Ice should be on every floor.

We had a double room suite, and it was amazing. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids, and having a real dining table was great when we weren't in the mood for eating out. Quite a few lounging areas, great views, and it was close to the pool. No complaints whatsoever.
