Our room was dirty. When we were moved to a "spa suite" after listening to a broken HVAC all night (frozen), the new room didn't even have a couch and the walls had something brown on them like someone sprayed chocolate syrup. I was told the hours of the pool upon check in and had the clerks repeat the 10 to 10 hours being excited to get to swim. After going to change and entering the pool area, I found a hand printed "out of order" sign. They said earlier in the day it closed because of a leak. When I asked the front desk clerk about it the next day and if the pool was getting fixed, she didn't even know what I was talking about and had no idea it was closed. Terrible 3 night stay.

Staff was excellent, happy to help and super helpful with anything we needed. Rooms were clean and taken well care of. The free breakfast was great, as well. The eating area was clean and cozy.

The mobile key didn't work for us. That would have been nice to have, but once again, the front desk was super helpful and got us room keys to get into our room immediately.

it says hot tub but not now they filled it in with cement very disappointed

They allow us to check in early with no problems

The air kept going out which made the room very uncomfortable to sleep. Fridge had a food bag from a previous guest

One elevator was out of service.
