I love the staff I didn't get her name but the girl with the butterfly glasses I absolutely loved her and everybody else was very nice.

Room was way too small. Get rid of those huge bulky desk in that huge entertainment center there's no reason for none of that you can get way smaller ones. If it just has like a foot more of room it would have been perfect. I would have stayed the rest of my stay there which I extended two more days somewhere else with a bigger room. Not a good room for a family even of three. The tub wouldn't drain so I couldn't give my son a bath. The toilet kept getting stopped up. There was no phone. There was only one lamp in the room. No trash can. I would have definitely given a lower rating if it wasn't for the front desk clerks they definitely made the stay a lot easier and nicer

Two women who checked us in were excellent. The daytime desk clerk smoked while standing at the front door of the hotel, nowhere near the posted smoking area.

Chipped and missing drywall, bathtub had long black hair in it along with major surface damage. No wastebasket in room until I walked down to front desk and requested one.

The location was okay. There are lots of restaurants near by.

The staff was extremely rude, unprofessional and not helpful at all. The hotel is dirty and has an unpleasant smell. The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. The bathroom sink and toilet was backed up. The shower wasn't properly cleaned.

The rooms were very small, the pictures are an accurate the rooms look way bigger in the pictures, not very clean at all, and the workers are very and professional!

Bed was good . Shower was good . Towel was tiny , like the size of a bathmat. Toilet role holder was broken , no plug in basin .window winder was broken ,air con was very noisy . Worst of all the wifi didn’t work in the room ,only in the lobby are.

Had a lot issues with the room when moved to another room that I had issues with his well to be put elsewhere before settling in for the night

The air conditioning broke in the middle of the night very hot in your room

Beds were comfortable. Staff was very helpful and diligent. Close to the airport and offered free transportation to the airport.

The window of the room wouldn't close completely, it was stuck. The door handle of the bathroom was really loose.
