No maid service what so ever. Room was dirty, had black mold in ac unit. Made people sick. I don't suggest that anyone stays there. Towles had tags from Walmart still on them. Had bugs in the room.

Gave our room away! Did not get what we reserved. Desk clerk very helpful but there was no solution to be had. Owner/manager offered to refund $20....but did not. Not happy as I reserved weeks in advance

Bed bugs that put my mother into the hospital due to the allergic reaction is a different story. Bit 3 times on her hand and now may need surgery due to the swelling. Mother woke up in middle of night and had one crawling on her face. Took photos of the bug. When a staff member says "we have never had bed bugs in that room before, I'm surprised!" Then proceeded to show me the 6,000$ machine used to kill bed bugs by heating up the room to 160 degrees. Why would you need that if there isn't an infestation. I asked for a refund for 2 of the 3 nights as the first night was fine. 2nd night is when my mother got bit then we refused to stay another night and went to a different hotel. They only refunded day 3 that we didn't stay. Honestly should be a full refund. One bed had the anti bed bug sheet in tact. The other bed had rips in the sheet. I would assume is how the bugs are surviving.

Rooms where dirty blankets where dirty and stained curtains where ripped and stained table was broken beds where old and uncomfortable appliances where dirty and broke

Here in the top TV didn't work and he replaced. Missing two drawer handles. Light wasn't plugged in it was way behind the bed. Your holes in the curtains the people next door kept me awake all night long slamming the door opening the window slamming the door. There's moles on the shower curtain there was mold on the tub.
