My experience was amazing minus the small encounter I witnessed with the staff employees themselves !

Breakfast was decent staff were friendly

Arrived to be told that we got lucky cause rooms are first come first serve even though we had reserved room .there were only two towels in room and no linen for pull out bed .parking was very limited ..room was nothing like online pictures not even close .we won't be returning to this location.

No hot tub and didn’t like the fact I had to leave! Lol

Engaging, helpful staff that was family friendly and showed refreshing hospitality. Pool was great diversion for the kids, breakfast was hot and fresh.

Elevator car 2 made some concerning noises on the way up to the fourth floor, but the front desk said a company was coming to fix it and it was safe to use.

Breakfast was great.

the carpet in hallway could be a little cleaner but then again you chose a light colour so maintenance is high.

The staff were very professional and pleasant . The Room was good size and comfortable.
