The parking was all in one location.

There were spider webs all over inside. Our bathroom ceiling was coming down. The window in our room had a huge draft so it was cold in our room and our daughters hands were ic cold. When we went swimming there weee no pool towels and when we asked front desk they said there was none and we needed to use our room towels or ask house keeping for extra ones. We asked house keeping and they told us we need to give them our towels in our room leaving us with no towels to use later when we showered.

The very kind young woman that checked to sit at the front desk was beyond amazing and kind

This place should be shut down! It was not clean and the front office did not come out to greet us I did nor feel safe there at all. I was with my daand we ended up canceling there and finding a new place to stay. Like I said it should be shut down.

breakfast was the best part of the stay

rooms were very beat up smoke detector, hanging off the wall spray paint all over the walls from where they fix the door frame crumbling drywall next to the tub woodwork all scratched up walls beat up dents pool chemicals left out in boxes in the pool room where kids can get into them

Well for starters the guy overcharged my girlfriend $200 on her account and he didn't put none of it back on her account shes still waiting for it and the hot tub didn't have a plug to hold the water in there so I went to the front desk to ask him for more towels since we didn't have any in a plug for the tub and he said that they didn't know where it was at and he handed me a towel to put in there which didn't work mind you this is a hot tub mind you we paid $147 for the room plus another $200 towards a deposit NOT HAPPY WOULD LIKE A FREE NIGHT AT ANOTHER HOT TUB ROOM OR REFUN

That I booked the hot tub room and when I get there the room was not clean and would not let me have it I even ask if I could clean it and they told me no they did not know witch one it was

Location to casinos, breakfast was standard.

We feel like it was a bait and switch situation. We requested a hot tub room. When we arrived we were given a “king suite” which is a king bed with a small couch. When we spoke to the front desk they said that’s what we booked. We paid to upgrade $116 total, still did not have hot tub but room was bigger. Saturday we returned to hotel around 7 and cable was out. Waited until 8:30 and called the front desk and was told it wouldn’t be on until Tuesday, you can talk to the manager in the morning. We have stayed here several times in a lot nicer rooms for less money. We are also choice rewards members but booked on booking.com because we thought it would be less expensive.

The location was close to several of the places we wanted to visit

The pillow covers on one bed had not been changed out from previous guests. There was a used menstrual pad in the trash can. The towels looked as if they had been refolded and placed back on the rack. The cable did not work the entire night. The food for the breakfast was cold with a sign stating to warm up in the microwave which did not work. Upon talking to the staff about the issues in the room I was repeatedly told he will talk to his manager with no real resolution other than taking a room that was on a different floor than the second room I had and refusal to come remove the trash.

There were many things broken in the room. The bathroom door hinge was unscrewed so the door wouldn't close without force. The sink facets could be spun all the way around. The fridge and microwave had no power to them. They had cardboard lifting up the mini fridge 🤦‍♂️. The privacy of the room was garbage. The window curtains had to be pulled together with coat hangers so my wife could feel safe using the tub. The curtains wouldn't close together at all. Very thin walls. Couldnt use some of the drawers.
