Not enough parking. One of my rooms was not ready even though I got there 30 minutes after check in time. The man at the desk was rushed with no help and acted like he really didn’t care if we got into our second room any time soon. We had an event to be at by 7pm and had 8 people trying to get showers and get ready in one room because we couldn’t get checked into out second room. Finally got our other room about 2 hours after 4pm check in time and not even an apology from the staff

Our room was closest to the railroad tracks and every time the train came by, twice a day, our entire room shook 😔

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was a win!

No pool in the Summer. We picked this location based on how much my kids loved this pool last year. We were not notified the pool was out of service until check in. I feel the need to pursue a discount for our stay. One of the main amenities for our stay was not available with 0 notice.

Breakfast was of poor quality compared to the standard of rest of the property 😩. Cardboard plates, plastic cutlery - all waste into one bag - no recycling of note.

2 different senior staff at the desk were not very friendly and incorrect when it came to questions about my bill. A new person was left at the desk alone. Totally untrained.

The room was comfortable, the breakfast as delicious, and the location is within walking distance of all of downtown. Can't wait to come stay again.

The view from our room wasn't great. Our room overlooked the empty swimming pool.

They didn’t advise us that the pool was drained. For a family with kids, it would have been nice to know when booking.

The noise from the restaurant over the road. The fact the window didn’t open. Made me feel claustrophobic
