Extremely clean, friendly staff!
The property itself was great, however the construction nearby made it a little more complex to enter and exit the property.

The bathroom was gross. It had hair on the ceiling and in the bathtub. Unfortunately this hair didn’t belong to me or anyone in my family. The bed was very uncomfortable, me and my husband were in pain when we woke up.

Thought I would get an upgrade or free breakfast from Booking.com or Hilton Honors. 😟

The breakfast was good as well as the service. The breakfast attendant was very nice and helpful.
When I checked in upon arrival, there was some very shady business. The front desk clerk told me there was "something to talk about later.' Then when I was unloading the rest of my luggage, he came out and said that there was a $50 charge for pets but I could "pay him $30 cash and he would throw in breakfast vouchers." I declined as I booked the hotel knowing that my breakfast was included in the price already and had no problem paying the fee. Very shady business to make a side hustle out of a fee. I should probably have refused to pay at that point. Also, the a/c on the entire 3rd floor was not working the whole day and night so it made inside the room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Paint chipping off the walls and doors. For $230 dollars for 1 night, not a good value nor experience. Will never stay here again!

Convenient to food and freeway
The breakfast was not included in the stay. Most for the price include breakfast. But the breakfast staff was very nice and took care of us.

I don't think this location offered breakfast. The staff was good. The only 'issue' is the location in relation to the freeway. You basically had to make an immediate U-turn or weave the parking lots to get anywhere. Honestly, not that big of deal. The stay itself was up to par and I/we had no concerns that impacted our ability to enjoy our time there.

The room and bathroom was clean
I didn’t like that I drove 8+ hours with two kids. A 5 year old & an infant! When we finally made it to our room from a long trip my son was a bit too happy to be out of the car and was playing in the room; I didn’t think we was loud but the room under us did. When the front desk called to tell us to keep it down she was rude even after I explained the drive and my son being happy to be out of the car instead of accommodating us or the room under us! I had to call back to ask for a different room because I didn’t want to have any more problems with the room under us.

Breakfast was wonderful. Although we almost missed it. The sign says open until 10 on Sunday. They were putting everything up at 9.

got I’ll on yesterday and went to sit down to order breakfast , waitress told me the chef could make eggs n bacon but could not make toast because it’s on the breakfast table and I need to make myself , I asked since I was ordering off menu she again said no , I spoke to kitchen supervisor and they said that’s not true , it’s sad I will need up leave the hotel to order breakfast
