The location is probably the biggest positive about this this hotel. Although the location didn’t matter to me, it’d be a great location to access the attractions on the Western side of town without needing to drive.
The hotel wasn’t the cleanest as opposed to other Hampton Inns I have stayed in. The trash can was gross, there was a full piece of chocolate on the floor beside the nightstand and a couple pieces of hair in the sink. For the high cost of staying here, I expected it to be cleaner. Also, I expected more of a variety with the hot breakfast.

The price. The desk lady was horrible to deal with. Worst hotel stay ive had in 21 years. Way way way too expensive for the place. Extremely disappointed😞.

We did not utilize the breakfast. We slept in, which was so nice. Normally we are up and out by 8 or 9 because it's not very comfortable, but that bed was sooooo nice.
I have no complaints whatsoever. We chose here to be close to the softball fields we were playing at and it was very conveniently located. So close to everything.

Breakfast was good. Mattresses were very comfortable.
The bathroom was dirty. There was no hand washing soap. The closet had an old leak stain in the ceiling tile. The sink was leaking. It definitely was not as clean as it had been in the past.

The hotel location was next door to venue. That is why we booked. Room was spacious. Staff was friendly and accommodating. But for cost we expected more.
Bed was uncomfortable made our hips ache by end of stay room a little musty. Due to long meetings we had very little time to eat if at all or get out and drive for around for food. more satisfying breakfast provisions would have been welcomed and where were the cookies?? 😂😂😂😂 apples are a nice option but not a replacement for a warm cookie with your coffee or hot tea especially when it is freezing temperatures outside.

There was a internet search that said that they had a hot tub. The second night when I went to take a shower there was no cold water just straight hot. My wife went down the second morning at 9am and there was no breakfast left. The third morning she went down at just after 8am and same story again no breakfast. Worst hotel stay in a very long time.

Location is GREAT! At the west end of the Theater District, but not in the middle of all the hustle. Lots of parking available.
I cannot remember EVER seeing or having to use a toilet as LOW as the one in our room. The "SQUATTERS" found throughout parts of Europe and The Middle East and Asia are as comfortable as the toilet in our room. Fortunately, I found a nice ADA restroom outside the pool that I was able to use when needed so I did not injure myself trying to get down, then back up from the stool in our bathroom.

the indoor pool had windows open which made it too cold. wish there would have been more camera security in place.
