The room was spacious, comfortable and CLEAN. Breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold options.
The bottom of the hand rail in our shower broke loose from the wall, luckily the top held in place and kept me from hitting the floor. Also, the ice machine on our floor was not working.

Everything was outstanding. The lady at the front desk was so nice. We were there around three hours before checking in and she was so helpful in going ahead and giving us a room

Breakfast could of had a better variety over 4 days there, it was literally the same each day. Also room service lacked, had to ask for towels daily.

The noise from I81 is very prevalent. Not unexpected since the hotel is located along side the interstate.

The sheets were dirty and wouldn’t stay on the bed.
Some of the furniture was stained and there was missing baseboards.

With highways on two sides, this Hampton is noisy. However we found the fifth floor to be quieter than lower floors. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
