Clean and the staff was friendly

Bed was very hard. The new tv did not work. The breakfast was awful. Stayed here a few years ago and the breakfast was amazing ....but not now. Main reason we came back!!! Don't serve hot sausage links to guests, most of us can't handle it!! Especially for kids! Eggs, waffles and hot links was the only choices. Didn't have anything to drink for breakfast either. Must have changed hands. Expected alot more from a Hilton! Went on vacation two weeks before this trip and stayed at hotels half this price that had better breakfast, confy beds and had a good working tv. Mgr was supposed to call me 2 days after check out to talk to me abt a credit for tv broken but never got the call. Had to leave shortly after we got there to go to a funeral. Then had a wedding not long after the funeral. Didn't have time to fight everything before leaving and coming back late. Disappointed.

Clean, comfortable, located where we were planning to be.

No fault of the property, but sleep was difficult due to motorcyclists racing their engines for hours in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was delicious. It was well presented and varied from day to day. The staff member responsible for breakfast was friendly and very efficient.

My family and I were there to plan, coordinate, and attend the funeral of my mother-in-law. Amanda, the lovely breakfast server with the light green dyed hair, took wonderful care of my family, and especially me. I am allergic to pork. Amanda ensured each morning there was always something I was able to eat that did not have pork. Amanda was very hospitable and friendly to me and my family.

I did not receive the room I reserved.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, room was clean and cooled for our stay.
