The hotel charged more than what Booking.com quoted as a total price including taxes and fees. Spent hour of my time showing emails with price quoted. Staff incompetent. Don’t pay at property.

Really poor value for money. Spent over $300/night for just an adequate room, really uninspiring breakfast, and loud drilling and construction at 8:00 am. What the hell! The front desk couldn't care less when several rooms complained. We should have been notified when they decided to renovate and they should have enforced the work to start at 9:00 am. Had to stand on a desk and pound the ceiling to get the work to stop. I have stayed there at least once a year for 20 years and that is the last time I will give them any money. Completely unacceptable response by staff and I left feeling like I had been price gouged.

I like the size of the rooms. The parking was good. It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff.

The location was great, just a short walk from lots of places, and the town was wonderful. The staff was wonderful.

Was offered to receive my invoice by email. Now, after sending 3 reminders, still didn’t receive it. Very poor customer service… Did get 5 reminders to review my stay. Voilà!
