I love how the clean the facilities were and the beds were so comfortable! The staff was amazing too! Great attitude and polite.

The ceiling fan in our room didn't work so one of the friendly staff at the front desk lent us her personal fan. I didn't like the inconvenience for a small issue. I would have given a 10 but this was the issue.

Our keys to one of the rooms quit working and we had to get more made. When you only spend one night, that’s not convenient.

Cold Shower only. I was told some of the rooms have the plumbing backwards... Hot is cold and cold is hot.

It’s clean and good size room

We stayed here for a high school fishing tournament. One family in our party had a mix up with the booking website she used which took a long time to sort through and the staff behind the counter did not handle the situation well at all. This apparently was an issue for others as the person checking in ahead of us also had the same issue! I’ve never had an issue with a booking before so it leads me to believe some of the blame was on the hotel. We were also given a room with a king bed when we booked one with two queens so we had to go back down and deal with that. Last we left to go eat and when we got back neither key card worked so we had to go deal with that as well. Not a horrible experience but definitely not good! Won’t chance this place next year!

The night manager did not want to explain what he wanted me to sign. They lost my reservation twice. And then charged me a second time, but removed it.

The gal at the front desk was the best!!! The hotel is next to a field of goats and sheep. Our room had a nice little couch that I sat on drinking morning coffee and watching the goats. It was a peaceful way to start the day!

The breakfast offerings were pleasantly ample--much better than they were at two other properties in town at earlier dates. We particularly enjoyed the fruity juicy-type drinks.

The aroma in the room could have been better: the room smelled like the old Long John Silver's shop in town--fishy.

Nothing. In three tries they could not get our electronic door lock to work so we had to get desk operator to open door if we left room. TV remote did not work. Took an hour to get checked in.
