Reasonably priced, and staff was responsive to most requests.

Staff would not replace stained mattress cover which clearly needed to be disposed of, staff is not 24-7 (but understandable during these times), and people arguing and fighting. I ended up using extra sheets and buying a throw blanket, sanitizing spray, wipes, etc... Back of motel needs to be cleared or cleaned up; it looks like a junkyard. Comments were provided in a photo submitted.

Comparative cost ok for the area. Relatively clean. Parking available right in front of the room.

Old budget motel that was well worn. Room not cleaned nor made up prior to the last night there (4 nite stay). Room towels so worn no longer white. Old furniture and well worn. No availability to change the reservation after several hours or the entire deposit would be forfeit so no schedule flexibility at all.

My reservation was for 2 night but we only stayed 1 night because the room was very disappointing. The bed sheets were not clean from prior guest, it had yellow stains and hair on them. Their was a leakage in the bathroom and the room had spider. It seemed the previous guest smoked, so their was smoke smell everywhere. When I booked my room, it was for a smoke free room. I have previously stayed in Budget Inn, but not sure if I will do that going forward.
