The property was centrally located and ideal for easily getting around Atlanta sites. The property was clean, well kept, modern. I appreciated the availability of the sundry shop for late night snacks and personal items. Thank you for having a free laundry facility on site, which was a tremendous help. Hotel staff - from front desk, guest service, and breakfast staff - were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay.
The dry cleaning prices were expensive.

The Room was spacious y the distribution was good , the valet parking was good , the Lobby was beautiful and room enough. Definitely I would love to back again.

The hotel overall is pretty good. The rooms are spacious and the mattress is very comfortable .
The breakfast is poor , some maids was not kind. And the Valet parking is too expensive.

I enjoyed leaving
The hotel is out dated no microwaves in room it's on the end of the hall for the money I putt up should be one in room.Room has popcorn ceil wow parking is super tight underneath the hotel. The guy that checked me in was great he didn't know how to do a cash transaction but he got some help. But when came into hotel at the desk the guy was by himself he went to the back at least for times and Said I need help up here on the front counter then someone came the manger was ok helped him with the cash check in.Ok so leaving out the hotel parking garage terrible set up the manager had to call and let me out. All and all I wouldn't never stay there again room was not clean pee was all on toilet I told the guy who checked me in. So the lady who checked me out was rude how can you be rude when from start the room was dirty so all and all F in my book.dont waste your money I will stay else where and drive in to hawks game from here on out.

It was clean, quiet, safe and convenient! The bed was very comfortable and the mattress on the sofa bed was amazing!!

First of all i would Like to say Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Quith? I hope i say it right. We arrived Jan 3 at 3am from our long flight from SF CA to attend my daughters “Passion2024” conference at Mercedes Stadium. We arrived early at the hotel as we have no place to go and its our first time also so were kind of worried were to stayed in this cold winter time and when talked to her she didn’t have any hesitation to let us check in at early to be able to rest and sleep. She is so kind and understanding and helpful/ friendly too and so sweet. You guys hired the right people whom you need to keep up the businesses . In this world how you treat people matters and Quith did above and beyond. God bless you always and the rest of the Valet / guest customers guys are also amazing. Also the rest of the front desk ladies are also kind . More power to you guys

NADA. ATENCION PESIMA. NO CAMBIAN TOALLAS. NO LIMPIAN LAS HABITACIONES. PAGAS EL ESTACIONAMIENTO PERO IGUAL NO TIENES ACCESO.
No limpian las habitaciones. Nunca nos cambiaron las toallas, sabanas, servicios de cafe. Pagas el estacionamiento y el acceso es negado. Para luego decir que te van a reembolsar el dinero. Nunca mas llego aqui.

I loved the easy check-in and check-out.
I really loved the bar location. It was perfect for having a drink and waiting on the Uber.
I didn't really like the additional charge for parking, but was satisfied with the security of my vehicle.

I liked the location and how nice the all over building was.
The only problem I had was that self parking limits a bunch of cars. The height limit is 6’2. We had to valet our car and it was per day which we were not told that. So I was pretty surprised when I got the bill back for parking.

AC was broken they could not get it to work the engineer worked hard to get it to work properly but couldnt get it to blow cold air .. had to sleep in a hot ass room with 2 kids complaining about how hot it was no sleep didnt get a room change until late morning early noon the next day and was charged full price for that night was told because I'm not a loyalty member I couldnt get one or points for that night.

The bed had a mildew cover and some one tried to come in our room and didn't say sorry or anything if it was housekeeping they didn't say anything and they tried to open the door
