They didn’t have any rooms available after I already booked 2 rooms 2 weeks prior.

Basically told me my reservations were given to someone else

The person at the front desk. We drove 11 hours and we got there at noon. I tried to check in, and he laughed in my face and said it was only 12 pm. What was I thinking? I replied that we drove overnight and was tired. He told me to either sit in my car or drive around for 2 hours, then come back. He was very rude and was more interested in playing like a manager and bossing people around

It’s exactly how it looks in the pictures, however, the dining area isn’t open for business yet as of July 2023. Comfortable rooms, nice staff, beautiful courtyard. Walking distance to a mini mart. Free parking.

There was no furniture outside on anyone’s patios. The dining area wasn’t open yet. There’s really nothing to do in the area for fun.

Love the layout, and pool/laundry/ alcohol purchasability at night.

Though only 9 miles...Uber is $25 to and from work. No microwave in my room. Ohhh...and though not smoking on porch- there are ciggerette buttons I am afraid I'll be charged for. Had to pick them up...lol

well to start off they gave away our room when we got there. the lady at the front didn’t even try to help us. we had to call a manager to get a room. we didn’t get our actual room for 2 days later. the room they kept us in for the 2 days the tv didn’t work. the pool water green. we try calling the front desk for house cleaning to come clean the room. we stayed over 7 days and they came once to clean it.

the key doesn’t work in most of the outside entry doors

very quiet, room, clean and comfortable, great bed. Spacious bathroom. I was disappointed. There was no microwave in the room. I’m not sure I why I expected to have one. there was a fridge available in the room. also no hair dryer.

I am concerned that they have overcharged me, but it’s still pending so I’m not sure. That was not made clear to me.

staff wasn’t friendly or informative, never gave me a receipt or confirmed pricing. no microwave in the room only in the lobby. no complimentary coffee or tea. no one came to clean the room or knock to see if we needed towels or toilet paper.

No smoking rooms 🚭

Rooms were clean and. spacious. Lobby was attractive. Staff was friendly and motel was a good value compared to others in Mahwah area. Also close to train station that went to New York City which I often took and convenient to a lot of shopping.

Outside entry way near my room didn’t work so I often had to go around to the front and then walk down a long hall to my room.
