staff was nice

the tv did not work, the shower was leaking and didn't drain

I liked the location with lots of green space surrounding the hotel.

The facility need more trash containers outside the hotel. I saw lots of trash just on the ground. This was sad for such a beautiful location.

Staff was welcoming and very helpful.

I liked that it was pretty local and close to my parents.

Not my typical hotel and I've been to many but by far Sonesta was the worst of my experience. The sheets and blanket on my bed were dirty. Seems like it was never changed from previous guests. I went to tell the front desk clerk and she didn't apologize or anything for tje inconvenience but instead just gave me blankets. Also you have to pay for parking which is ridiculous. Nowhere on booking.com nor Sonestas website does it say we have to pay smh but instead it says there's free parking so I'm very confused. Overall my experience sucks. I'm very disappointed. First time booking with booking.com and first time being at Sonesta both were horrible experience especially having to pay 200 to sleep on a bed where someone else slept on before you is pretty disgusting. The pool looks very nice but it's temporarily closed and it has been for months now.

The location was good.

There was mice droppings in one of the sofabed.

I liked the cleanliness of the property. Although, housekeeping was per request.

The water pressure for the shower was low. The tv kept cutting off so we couldn’t watch tv. The pool was under renovations so no swimming. The Starbucks and “restaurant “ was only open 7:30a-10a. The a/c in the room kept cutting of so I sweated all night plus the hallways were hot.

Bed was very comfortable

Some of the staff were not very friendly. Only one gentleman seemed to be customer service oriented, ( was NOT Eric or Sebastian) Human Snacks in lobby had no prices felt like I was over charged, no receipt for purchases or the hotel room. Generally when I stay at hotels I receive a summary at the end of the stay slipped under the door. Property itself was kept up and was clean.

First my TV didn't work ...had to change rooms then the new room fridge was dirty .. and ac didn't work...

The room was cleaned, and the location was perfect for me.

I didn't like that I had to ask for my room to be cleaned.

Comfortable room

Noisy room near an entrance door and across from hotel cleaning staff room that has a squeaky door that staff accessed frequently. Expensive breakfast.

Location is pretty good with Lowell Connector, Rte 495 only up the road. Junior Suite was a nice setup and had plenty of room.

Property does sit next to a dispensary which depending on your view is bad or not. Lobby and elevator carpets need replacing as they are starting to show wear
