Nice review

Not worth the money

every person we met that worked on the property greeted us with a friendly smile and kind words. Anything we asked about they took care of immediately. The gardens are absolutely gorgeous. The room was very comfortable and the view was spectacular. Can’t wait to come back again.

The staff provided excellent service. The grounds were very well maintained.

The room we stayed in could use an upgrade. The carpet was old and the bathroom was very outdated.

The view is wonderful and the restaurant also has a great view with excellent service.

The room is dated with cracked bathtub. The fireplace is cheesy and low quality that does not commensurate with the price of the room and the brand name.

R 516...Out dated room, old furniture (chairs and tables), unsafe deck boards. Room had old carpet and smelled like mildew or mold. Free gift never received as concierge never available. The price was not Worth the quality and comfort.

NO SIGNAL WITH VERIZON. WIFI IS CRAP. I thought I could work from here and that was absolutely not the case due to their signal.

stunning relaxing vacation…spacious and serene. super happy with our two story townhouse and full kitchen it was perfect for 4 nights to have coffee and breakfast in and just a few fabulous meals out. fireplace was fun on the day we got rained in and we never felt cramped, very homey. loved the outdoor hot tub and jacuzzi in our room. we had great ocean views

our unit was a timeshare and in DIRE needs of upgrades. one sink handle in the lower bathroom didn’t work, a drawer was missing a handle upstairs, and the mattresses were pretty soft but they told us all those units are getting remodels in Feb so once that’s done this will be back to a primo spot to stay near Big Sur and Carmel

One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The pillows, the mattress and the sheets were wonderful!

The bathroom could use improvement, especially the bath/shower, which are rundown.

The ocean view is amazing comfortable duplex family suite. Great location. The hotel is old but well maintained.

No too little service for a hotel this level. No room service, laundry service. Also I was charged for a room with a fireplace wood burning, and I did not receive this
