The property was beautiful

Pool was a little chilly but despite that everything else was perfect.

the pool was great, friendly staff, big rooms, nice views, good location.

The bed was really uncomfortable. no a/c so it was very hot in the rooms and almost too hot to sleep

location was convenient for us

some heater was noisy at night.

i love the location. And the layout of the rooms is good and has just about everything one needs. some units have good views. the staff were extremely helpful and responsive.

I don’t like that there is no way to reserve or guarantee a particular room (with water view vs eastern view). and I really don’t like the noisy mechanical equipment on the south side of the building that runs 24/7. fortunately the staff went out of their way to move us to a quieter unit after the first night. (I am especially sensitive to mechanical sounds. maybe other people wouldn’t mind it).

no facilities and flooding problems meant we weren't able to stay. we were pointed at Raintree head office to resolve it but no response to any telephone calls or messages

The heat did not work. The staff was wonderful in trying to remedy the situation with no success. The last night temp in room never more then. 60 degrees.

Stayed here in May and delighted to be back in October with my daughter visiting from Germany. A very special get-a-way. The washer and dryer were appreciated.

shower head/pressure was very low quality and mattress was uncomfortable as you could feel some springs
