Staff was friendly

The room wasn’t clean. There was hair left everywhere even in the fridge on and the supposedly clean towels. I also ordered breakfast to go but the lady that took the order got every single item wrong! I asked for an Iced macchiato she gave me a hot one. I asked for egg and cheese, I only got eggs without cheese

It was clean and close to family we were visiting.

Nothing really - it’s expensive and should have included a continental breakfast.

The WiFi didn’t work. The Hallways smelled like Mold. The advertised Restaurant, was not a restaurant.

We Absolutely LOVED the Breakfast 🥞🍳 The pool and Jacuzzi were Great and the drinks were made to perfection The Front Desk "Edgar" was a complete Hero!!! Suellerma was a Lady at the breakfast counter she makes your morning sunny 🌻🥰

I Didn't like that my rooms toilet 🚽🪠 overflowed. The next room had a serious ant problem...The Staff is warm and welcoming these things couldn't be blamed on staff ..

Awful. Prepackaged scone or cookie. Unripe fruit. Mediocre at best.

Trash and dirty laundry in hall all day long. Room left propped open after housekeeping. Pool closed but listed as amenity. Manager was snarky. Lousy attitude and below par property. Below par staff and management.

There was not even free coffee available in the morning.

The decor was a very drab, No free coffee. price of breakfast wasn’t great.

The hallways were dirty. A drink of some kind that was splashed on the wall was there our entire stay. Stained/ dirty carpets all throughout the halls. Someone in our group forgot a wallet in the room and the hotel requested access to the wallet to secure payment to ship, but could not disclose the shipping price. instead wanted to write down credit card information.

Room too small, poor pillows, hallways and hot tub not clean. Staff not responsive.

Coffee shop didn’t open until 7 am and pillows weren’t comfortable

Not being able to see the doorway from the bad - it's around the corner which is uncomfortable.

The property was located perfectly as to where we needed to be for the Easter holiday. The facilities were clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The location was excellent. the rooms were confortable, clean and they were fully equipped with 50” led Tv, microwave and mini fridge. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent. The lobby was very spacious. We even enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming mainly I loved the staff. The people in charge at the lobby were kind and went out pf their way to assist the customers. The people at the restaurant were cordial, friendly, fast, and also went out of their way.

I liked everything and so did my family.
