The location was near university, mall, and many restaurants. Manager and staff were nice and understanding.

The room was not clean. Sheet had stains , they gave me new sheets to put on the bed myself. Tub would get stopped up shower made loud noise. Fresh towels all had stains and long black hair on the.

The 2nd floor ice machine wasn't working.

The pool was nice and the lobby was inviting.

It was random stains all over the furniture and the walls. The pullout was a twin size not full size and there was also no sheets or blankets for the pullout.

The staff were rude. We had three rooms that I had called about previously requesting the rooms be near each other. But we were on floor one two and three. The first room reeked of cigarette smoke. They were able to switch our rooms thankfully. In another room both TV's were out of order. So they switched that room too. The pool was closed on Friday, and the heater was off, so it was too cold to swim until Saturday around 7. The hot tub Jacuzzi is boarded over. The pull out couch had cigarette burns. We had to get the front desk to give us sheets from for the pullout, and had to call twice to get a bar of soap.

Friendliest staff, comfy beds, and great location. I have told friends and family and hope they too would make this their hotel.

The only thing is that Quality Inn is a disgusting hotel and should be demolished in all states. They should not be anywhere near Sonesta or any other hotels.
