Nice clean hotel
Booked a room for 3 adults. King size bed and a couch. Expected to be able to use the couch as a bed. Unfortunately that was not the case. Would have been nice to know in advance.

The food was really excellent. Service in the restaurant was excellent as well. Everything was very clean and the pool area was full of windows with beautiful landscape/fountain outside. The restaurant had live music on Friday night and brought great energy.
The door to the bathroom swung into the room wrong and made it hard to move around. It was just a little awkward.

My daughter was married in 2017 at the Minneapolis Marriott Southwest. It brought back many good memories.
Oh, and the short ribs for dinner last night were excellent!
My original hotel I had booked for Saturday - Sunday overbooked my reservation and I was forced to find another hotel fast. Minneapolis Marriott Southwest came though immediately when I called them looking for a new place to spend the night. THANK YOU MMS!!!

Super friendly and over-accommodating staff! Pristine facility, great food and great atmosphere. Allowed to use a conference room to make a last minute rehearsal for a client visit. Exceptional service!
100% positive - Nothing I didnt like. From taking on-the-spot requests to the standard Marriot quality that we expect, there is nothing that I did not like.

There wasn’t a microwave in our room. The ice machine on our floor was broken. A lot of construction around hotel which wasn’t hotel’s problem.

The check in person was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had nice amenities. I liked that check out wasn't until noon! That extra hour allowed me to get some much needed rest!

Food was excellent. Ate there night before conference. Day of conference everything was delicious and staff very courteous.
In our room we could hear the complete conversation of person in the room next to us. She was on her phone for a long time and it kept us up.

Considering price, breakfast and more than one normal coffee in room should be included. Cleaning was not everyday (which as such is OK), but that also led to coffee not being added to room during stay. I realize that both breakfast and coffee in room can be solved and things can be solved by asking stuff, but again - considering price,,, this should just work and be included.

The location was perfect for our visit with our family. The hotel was convenient for traveling to Minneapolis, Mall of America and airport.

The entire hotel was clean and orderly and the staff was very nice.
They over charged me $50 for my stay and I can't get to the right person to correct it. We were planning on going back later this summer but it's not going to happen now.

Breakfast was good. I love coming here because if the view and beautiful clean facilaty.
When I book a hotel for my stay- cation I general school southwestern Marriott a few times I have stayed here the cooking staff were a little rude. This almost ruins me coming back.
