The staff at Meadowview make everything easy for me. They are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. This above and beyond work ethic makes Meadowview my favorite place to stay in Tri Cities.

I liked everything..

Came through for work. What a little gem in a small town. Beautiful lobby, staff was great. The room was a little more traditional in style but very clean and comfortable. Good size. Very pet friendly. Great bar area. Golf course surrounding the property, they must have a great summer season. I would definitely stay here again. Nice views of the hills in the distance.

The adjoining doors, but I suppose that's just a personal preference. Creeps me out. If I visited again I'd ask about it. The first room I was given was down a very confusing hallway next to a laundry room so I went back and asked to be moved. They were very accommodating.

The fire pit outside was nice as the evenings were very cold and we were able to sit by the fire and stay warm.

Considering this is a resort and convention center and not a standard Marriott, we were extremely disappointed. The cleanliness was not up to par. I had to notify staff on multiple occasions of vomit on the ground (not my own) and 4 days later they have yet to clean it. Bartender had zero hygiene awareness behind the bar putting his fingers in drinks and not washing hands. Paid $200 a night to sleep on the floor because the mattresses were sinking and horrible. When I asked for extra blankets, I was told they had none. The bedding was stained. When I went to check out, they attempted to overcharge me over $100 for things that were included in the price I paid. Attended for a wedding at the same location and the staff kept giving wrong information confusing us as to where and what time the wedding was.

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. Location worked for what we were there for.

Didn't like that the pool closed so early or that there was something floating in the bottom of the hot tub. So of coarse we didn't get in. Yuck. And the fact that I couldn't connect to the internet was not a good thing.

on booking.com, it was listed as a king bed with sofa, but they had none available when we arrived.

The breakfast was wonderful! Clean, beautifully presented and tasty.

Volume button didn't work on TV, no free continental breakfast, no microwave. It didn't offer a whole lot for as expensive it is. Feathers coming out of blankets. Not well ventilated, had a stuffy nose and sore throat everytime I was in my room.
