Clean and comfortable beds

Our TV did not work even after they sent someone to work on it

Rude staff. Be charged twice for my stay

Pool was small

the smell when you come in was lovely like a spa. clean with comfortable lobby area, and a snack bar. really nice.

nothing. I loved it.

I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but I loved the location of the facility it was very easy coming and going very good in my opinion I loved it

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like it was really a very pleasant place to stay at it’s been awhile since I stayed at an hotel that was perfect everything was amazing

We like that the shower and bathroom were separate.

The shower pressure was not good.

Nothing, good stopover

We had to do a last min change of hotels and this hotel looked amazing and well taken care of.

First thing was my rooms TV, like the 2nd room we had as well we did not have HBOmax working on the TV. The TV was had to figure out and we had staff (Dave) come in to work on it as well and they could not get it fixed. The pool was great however the paint used for the pool was pealing off the stairs in the pool making slippery.

Really the only thing I didn’t like was the placement of the toilet paper it was in an inconvenient spot

Problem sleeping since Heat/Ac unit as well as the fridge were making alot of noise . On top of that the clock went off at 3am without setting it.
