Standard to the brand - good. Mostly clean room & lobby. Staff was mostly helpful and all were very plesant.

Location in the city is not great. Breakfast buffet was bad and overpriced, but didn't want to walk around unsafe streets.

I like staying at all Marriott properties.

I was absolutely stunned to find out there was no parking for any of the people renting at this relatively expensive very nice hotel. I had to get up three times to move my car in the morning… so that it would not get towed. How in the world do you build this multi million dollar beautiful structure. Have great rooms….then have absolutely nowhere for people to park. I will continue to use Marriott. But I will never never never stay at this particular one in Anchorage.

We were downtown for Confirmation at the cathedral next door, and this is our new favorite hotel. Absolutely killer views from the 17th floor!

Great location, central to downtown Anchorage, new and well appointed. good bar staff.

Not much, they were doing some construction in the building that was noisy, but that was temporary.

Room was clean and comfortable.

The room I booked online was not even an option at this hotel. We booked a room with a King and a double bed. Upon arrival was given a King bed room. Notified front desk and was told the hotel only has King rooms or 2 double rooms. I was given a 2 double bed room instead. No mini fridge or microwave. Cost was 2x the price of a comparable room at other hotels. Not worth the $$$.

Clean modern interior throughout. No mask mandate! Room was plenty big and up to date. Hotel was centrally located to downtown so walking distance to restaurants and shopping

Room service delivered in crappy cardboard boxes, no plates, no trays, nothing. I know the reason is "Covid" but this "surfaces" as a means of spread is not real, the CDC said that is not how it spreads a year ago yet all these hotels and airlines etc keep doing this degradation of service.. It makes no sense, someone had to touch the box they put the food in, so why not treat the same way as a plate and cover?

False advertisement. Hotel is in the middle of a renovation. None of the amenities were available due to construction. No parking and the staff was really rude. Felt as they didn’t want us to stay.
