The staff was very polite, the room was large and clean. We loved how quiet the hotel was.

The breakfast left much to be desired. There were 2 of us (which the concierge did ask for how many she would be packing the bag for)but we only received one breakfast sandwich and we weren't given a choice between the burrito or sandwich. I know because of COVID the breakfast looks a little different than it usually would, so it wasn't a huge deal, but would have been nice to both have had something to eat. Also, the coffee maker in the room had a chip on the bottom of it, so it flooded the counter and then we did not have coffee. That seems like something that shouldn't have gone unnoticed when the room was cleaned before our stay.

I enjoyed the decor of the rooms, as well as the lobby. A very home-warming energy.

The room was clean. Great location.

We loved the larger, 2 bedroom suite. However, the price didn't match the accommodations. We could have and next time will book 2 adjoining rooms at another hotel for a lesser price. The check in process was slow, because our room wasn't yet cleaned (after 3:30 in the afternoon).
