I didn't get to stay. I did not know there would be no parking at the facility. The downtown parking facilities could not accommodate our tall truck. The staff was amazing, but I can't judge the room because I couldn't stay. $ 420.00 Dollars unwisely spent on a room I never got to sleep in. Seemed like it would have been nice otherwise.

This is a must stay downtown location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel's level of service is beyond excellence. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are large and have lots of facilities. The roof top has great views and is a good place to relax. There is a Starbucks within the hotel.

We had 3 rooms , 1 did not have air conditioning that worked and no other available rooms. They gave us a fan that circulated hot air.

parking was downtown situation; not bad but a walk required to the garage; valet available

Staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet was great, in addition to the usual eggs there were various cereals and yogurt.

A night light in the bathroom would have been very nice as then you would not have to turn on the very bright lights and very loud fan at night

location was perfect for us! walking distance to Beale St and many restaurants.
