Bed was comfortable.

Tv didn’t work, shower floor was stained, staff wasn’t friendly, breakfast was sad, with everything empty or almost empty.

Breakfast was late so we had to rush eating before leaving to the airport. It was good.

Great location, away from freeway noise, indoor pool and hot tub. The bed and pillows made me feel like I was sleeping on clouds. The continental breakfast was nice an had a little essential booth with some frozen meals if you didn't want to go out. Just a great overall experience.

Clean, comfortable, efficient check in and out. Quiet, no noise despire the nearby airport. Very convenient shuttle to and from airport. Helpful staff. Will return with pleasure.

The heating/ AC fan was a bit loud.

smoke alarm missing, front desk worker at check-in showed no interest/concern in remedying this. vacuuming in room had missed peanuts on carpet under desk.

great location for an early morning flight

there was no internet/wifi, which are needed to do some work tasks. Only after reading a few previous reviews, do I now realise this has been a long term issue.

Convenient location, nice that the Perkins is attached, pretty good breakfast options as well.

Cable was down our entire stay which is inconvenient when you have kids you are traveling with. Beds were a little creaky, but very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfort, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The shower curtain was missing and there was no way to put it on. Luckily the staff gave us enough big towels to wipe the water on the floor.

got there to check in and they tell us they have no Direct T.V, but we can stream stuff. I’m 59 years old, the only stream I’m hoping for is in the restroom. they didn’t offer any price reduction 😡

Being on the 1st floor

Black mold in the bath room, rust in the bath tub, cable was out, never got new towels, swimming pool was ICE cold, algae in the hot tub!

Close to the airport, restaurant nextdoor, comfy beds, quiet hallways, and super friendly professional staff.

Shuttle is advertised as 24 hours but that was not the case.

The staff at the front desk and the shuttle were both outstanding. Also, in particular, Lori from the breakfast staff, was wonderful. She took such pride in her work and the hotel breakfast was the best buffet I can remember having at a hotel. I credit Lori for this!!! Also, the room was very clean and fresh!

We had booked a room with a king size bed but, when we got there, we were told that they overbooked and put us in a room with two double beds instead. We were disappointed about this. Also, we booked with another couple but were on the opposite side of the hallway from them. Finally, we had brought bathing suits knowing it was unseasonably hot and were disappointed to find that the pool was closed for repair. It would have been nice to know this in advance.
