O banheiro não tem porta, o ralo do babeiro tava entupido e acumulava água ao tomar banho em questão de segundos, dava pra escutar as pessoas do quarto ao lado como se estivesse dentro do nosso quarto e o tempo inteiro o cheiro forte de maconha em toda área comum da piscina e constantemente tinha alguém fumando maconha em frente a nossa porta e o cheiro ia pra dentro do quarto.

Lo staff dietro uno schermo mi è parsa una cosa un po' strana e poco pratica, infatti la coppia davanti a noi ha fatto il check-in con il ragazzo dietro allo schermo, mentre noi con una signora in carne ed ossa e abbiamo fatto molto più veloce. La colazione secondo me poteva avere qualcosa in più.

We checked in, and checked out very quickly, within the hour! Room was super sketchy, around the backside of the building. A fight broke out in the driveway, there were intoxicated individuals hunched over steps to go up to our room. Door locks did not work, beds were old and very stained mattresses. Tub/shower uncleaned, complete with hair. Floors were not vacuumed and furnished with broken table and furniture. We felt very unsafe traveling with a child and was completely overwhelmed with the uncleanliness of the situation. The "manager, was extremely unwilling to work with us, did not want to give us a refund. Told us the hotel was full, and it was unrealistic to expect them to refund us. The next breath, they were going to set us up in another room in an already "full" hotel, when asked how that was going to happen, they exclaimed they would simply move another hotel guest out of a room and move us in... Seriously, crazy!! Worst experience we have ever had. We were very thankful we were able to make arrangements at a hotel last minute to accommodate our family in such short notice! I will never book at a "Quality" Inn again! Lesson learned. Still dealing with getting a FULL refund back!

Buena alcoba, la nevera y micro excelente, en general muy bien, el área de piscina es súper linda La recepcionista Samanta nos atendió muy bien. En general el personal es muy bueno.

El bar de la piscina no está funcionando El desayuno no cuenta con proteína Y no descuiden los baños, no están mal pero no correr el riesgo de descuidarlos

Las habitaciones son muy limpias y cuenta con una amplia piscina. Cuenta con un acceso directo al restaurante latino contiguo.

There was no remote control for the television and there was only one button on the television and it seemed to only turn it on and off because it was not set up yet.

The best quality inn I've ever stayed at as far as looks go. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean the pool was great & clean, staff was nice & the location isn't too far from a lot of activities in the city & its affordable

They have a restaurant connected to the hotel I didn't eat there so I'm not rating it but it brought in a HUGE crowd on Saturday night that parking wasn't available & I only wanted to go back to my room Breakfast at the hotel was eh for me. I love hotel waffles but mine came out raw so it was a turn off. I also thought there would be bacon sausage eggs things like that but it wasn't.. not a problem, I just thought different

The room was a little old has mould smell and when we checked in could hear a kid cry for almost an hour and we could hear that from the washroom vent. We more more worried than anything else and had to ask the reception staff to check, before i found a security/cop around and the the noise stopped. Weekend felt like there was party around the whole property cuz of the bar at the front of the hotel and also the pool area was busy and noisy.

there was loud music, it was very militant in their rules, there isn’t any premium channels or smart tvs, and the location outside was loud also. it was not a good value for the price

It was not very clean, very run down, parking was tricky at night because of the bar/restaurant-no reeves parking fro hotel guests, the sheets on the bed were small, the pillows were not appropriate they were small and not comfortable. The bathroom was so deteriorated the bottom of the door was broken, the front door allowed light from opening on the bottom of the door. Very loud on the pool side.
