Tv remotes (several tried) did not work no working microwave, no working water at wake-up which also affected free breakfast

Great location close to the airport. They have a shuttle that you can take from 4:30am to 12:00am, but it's also possible to walk to the airport if you prefer. It's also possible to leave your car there and pay for parking daily using the QR code you find at the reception. Room is basic but comfortable, not exceptional but definetely has what's needed for a good night of sleep.
The only complain would be that the heating kept blowing hot air even when we reduced the setpoint to a level where it should really be a fan. Made the room a little hot but nothing impossible to bear.

Great front desk person as well as maintenance man.
First room we checked into had a very noisy ptac that short cycled frequently and had a temperature control that would not move. Notified the front desk and a maintenance man was at our door in no time. Said we needed a new room as the ptac was broken- he took care of moving us - he was polite and helpful. This room should have not been released to the public. Our second room had spots on the carpet but the ptac worked fine.

Everything the staff were polite, the breakfast was amazing, the whole hotel was clean and always smelled clean it was very quiet and peaceful the hotel was next to alot of restaurants
Only thing I didn't really like was the location if your not used to the city then it's kinda hectic trying to drive and not get hit the roads are very confusing getting to the hotel from the exit

Next door to Asheville airport where we had early flight next day. Main reason for choice.
I was banking on ability to park our personal vehicle here at hotel for our trip, and save a few bucks versus airport long-term parking, and shuttle to airport terminal via hotel shuttle. However, no availability for hotel parking which I could not ascertain until we arrived.

The check in girl that checked us in was rude. The hot tub didn't work.

Room and facility dirty. There was a lavender press-on nail sitting outside my room for my entire stay. Also someone else’s long hair was on the rim of the tub. The man at the front desk was not helpful or accommodating.

Inside of the property (like the elevator) seemed a little worn - there was a bit of a funny smell at first in the room but it went away

Location is excellent and is close to the highway and everything that Fletcher has to offer.
We requested adjoining rooms before checking in and did not get them. Also we had a 2 night stay and apparat the frontend clerk only keyed our room cards for one night so we were locked out of the building after a hard day's work. This was a real inconvenience because we had to wait until someone else let us in, then go to the front desk to get new keys.

I had a wonderful experience here. Excellent property and very convenient to the airport. Every staff member I encountered were delightful and eager to help!

There was a bedbug in our bed when we woke up. Room 222. Brought it to the front desk, and he dismissed it like it was no big deal.

was initially sent to a dirty room with fishy odor, new room bathroom was dirty. could hear the stomping/banging on walls in room above, bathroom in lobby out of order, front desk almost never answered phone

the property was dirty. My room was infested with ants so I asked to change rooms. The ants were inside the coffee machine, ice bucket, and in the paper cups they give you to drink out of. I had to wash the ants down the sink. The walls had dirt all over them and there were crumbs on the floors and counters from previous tenants. I checked the reviews on Google and sure enough other people had this issue too

The location is perfect for the airport at Asheville. The shuttle service was excellent. We had to leave very early. There was fruit, yogurt, coffee around. I appreciated the fact that I could leave my car there for a fee while I was away 4 days. I must have misunderstood the ad that mentioned free parking. I guess that is just during your stay.
The water in the bath tub ran and could not be shut off. Handles on the furniture we're dangling, spots on the carpets. It was not kept up well. I spoke to the clerk on duty and she assured me the issues would be addressed when I return.
