The size of the room was great for our family and a Great location.
The pool was extremely small and the breakfast was always the same. It would of been nice to offer a different hot breakfast.

The staff at check in was amazingly nice, helped with dinner reservations, and shuttle to airport. The lovely woman in the morning really knew which room I came from to get shuttle in am. Crazy. I have stayed at pricier hotels without this kind of detail. This hotel hires amazing people. Wish I could have left late enough for bkfst.

No food on site. Room a little dingy, but super clean, lots of towels. Better lighting/brighter would have been great. Didn't think to open metal grate to cool room down to great sleeping tempt- that's on me.

We stay here every year (for the past 4-5 years). There's always a sports team or 5 staying at the same time. Wouldn't be so bad if the kids stayed together. All over the place, holding up the elevators, spilling food/beverages on the floor in/outside of the elevator. Just not being appropriately supervised.

the location and the airport shuttle
the property is really dated- and not very clean. the rooms had dusty surfaces and mold and yuck on the walls and tiles. It definitely didn’t feel clean and I questioned the bed sheets. the breakfast only goes from 6:30-9 which isn’t convenient for early flights. the staff was friendly but it was very over priced for the level of cleanliness.

Perfectly serviceable room for overnight stay prior to a VERY early flight. Bonus - was able to use the hotel's 'Park and Fly' service to valet the car.

this is a beautiful property
the noise level. There was noise all during the night, from other rooms. it sounded like I could hear water running through pipes and doors slamming and people jumping on the floor above me. Also, the biggest turn off was finding what looked like blood stains on the sheets. The sheets seemed to have been washed and smelled clean, but they were stained.
