Breakfast was amazing and it had so many great options. Your staff was spectacular. He was so polite, organized, and fast. He worked so hard alone at his job that I felt the need to tip him. Always great to see someone working hard with a smile on their face. Keep up the great work ethic buddy!

no outside lights on at all in parking lot or at doors. totally black parking lot. not safe at all. had to purchase handgun to feel safe coming in at night

Location was great. The renovations are very nice

Room was not ready for more than one guest. Not enough towels, no linens for pull out couch. Had coffee, but no coffee machine. The front office did supply us with requested items, however coffee make didn’t work right. Lid was missing and therefore didn’t run correctly…it is a pause and pour maker and without the lid the coffee did not flow correctly. There we no coffee mugs, no bath mat for tub. We did not know the room would not be cleaned daily.

1st-hotel accepts pets but the condition is a $100 non refundable fee. i understand holding a deposit for a pet to cover damage but if nothing happens where does the $100 go? Pure profit?? The room had coffee but no coffee maker. I called to get one but it never appeared. Just lip service. Then breakfast was nice but there was no coffee, plates and silverware out of stock not refilled when there were 20 people waiting to have breakfast at 8 am. I paid $250 +$100 for this 1 night experience and expected more. I’d like my pet fee back.

Really liked the room. Layout makes it feel less constricted and more like a small apartment.
