Property offered easy access from the highway- a plus in the midst of so much construction ! Staff was wonderful! Welcoming and helpful! Clean room , nice bar area in lobby.

Lady at the coffee shop on Sat morning was fantastic

Out of date for the price of 200. Thought it would have looked better in person. Open trash cans in hallways with no lids had hallways with foul odor. Also, elevators had musty odor

We haven’t stayed in many hotels, but I really liked that there was a Starbucks inside the lobby. Of course not a full menu is available but you could have the basic regulars. And the indoor pool was also a big plus.

Nothing really I guess the only thing I would input is the washer and dryer might need a little updating.

The bathroom was outdated and not well kept.

It was peaceful and everyone was to there self. I like how the hotel didn't do too much with there bedroom and there lobby as well. It was a beautiful hotel and hotel experience.

Last minute booking. Great service, comfortable stay in a nice room.

Breakfast option not communicated well. We paid more for the booking that had the breakfast option. My kids were turned away from breakfast. My wife went downstairs and they were able to look up that we had paid for breakfast but then she was told it was only for 2 people. Nowhere in the booking process, or in final receipt or in confirmation is it stated that it is only for 2 people even though the reservation was accepted for 5. We were embarrassed and did not even attempt breakfast the next morning because I hate the feeling of someone treating me like I am scamming the system. We would have rated this a perfect stay, but instead, we will not return to this property as it seems we were ripped off and paid for something that was misrepresented and ended up unusable.
