I believe this was my first stay at a Residence Inn and I was quite pleased! Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough for a dip in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Walking from the parking lot to our room was a bit of maze, but I persevered! The entrance to our building is isolated which made me more mindful of my surroundings than usual.

Everything was great

This location and the staff are just amazing. Our visit was centered around and emergency visit to UNC. We checked in after midnight and had to extend our stay at least two times. The staff was kind and very understanding. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating to our schedule and changing out towels and changing trash. All of the staff was so friendly EVERYTIME. It was a great retreat from the hospital!

Since the cell service is not great there, I feel like offering expanded WIFI would be cool. I literally had to stand next to the windows to make a phone call, while FaceTime worked with no issues.

Strong cherry air freshener smell gave me a headache.

staff was excellent and property was very clean. My room was excellent!

I wish the room rate was a little more in line but I understand it’s a game weekend.

People across my room were super noisy and partying at night throughout the morning People outside on the parking lot were smoking drugs right out on open public space. No one cared.

Bathroom was not clean. Standing in tub was like standing on a trampoline. It appeared that there was an effort made to stabilize the tub, but that effort failed. It left a huge brownish stain on tub bottom and still you had to straddle the brownish repair area due to movement.

Breakfast was good. Nice location.

I would have liked a few more choices at breakfast. We had a few challenges getting the room keys programmed.
