Way to spread out not all rooms quickly accessible took us forever to get to our rooms. and very expensive, beds were very hard

High price for a very ordinary hotel. Only continental breakfast included.

Loved that it was connected to the casino, we enjoyed playing slots for awhile.

Loved the included breakfast, however, not sure if I agree w a separate charge for this or make it very minimal

easy on easy off to highway and downtown. connected to a casino if you like that, had a eatery on site

Breakfast waitress was exceptional. Unfortunately I do not recall her name.

1.) When booking with booking.com we prepaid for breakfast. When arriving, the desk staff informed us that it was impossible for her to verify that we pre-paid for our breakfast, she went on to tell us that when customers contact her regarding paying for breakfast online she informs the customer to not pay separately for breakfast since they have no way to verify if payment was actually made. She informed us the only option was to pay again to receive breakfast. I called booking.com who contacted the front desk and we eventually received a voucher from the receptionist for our prepaid breakfast. Unfortunately this process gave me the initial feeling we were being scammed by the hotel staff. 2.) The cost of the hotel was exceptionally high. I stay at hotels thru my employment, with no discount, on a regular basis. I normally Stay at equivalent hotels that are roughly $100.00 a night cheaper. I can’t express enough how there was nothing thru my experience at your facility that stood out to justify the higher price of our stay.
