The breakfast was ok. Toasted bagel, cream cheese, cold cereal, and snack cakes sealed fir self service. The dining hall was kept clean.

At 9:30 the dining hall got crowded. People were grabbing more than they should with their bare hands, like the waffles, boiled eggs, quiche. Cutting in lines. Would have liked to have seen more fruit, yogurt, sealed pastries, grab n go sealed snacks.

Your staff was friendly, the amenities are good, and the rooms are comfortable.

The HVAC vents are controlled and wired from the outside and not fully controllable from the control pad inside the room. This is problematic for various reasons, and rewiring the buildings HVAC systems for better IAQ and ventilation would enhance the comfort, health, safety and quality of your brand.

Beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was good

Charged to many hidden fees and they never said anything about having to pay for parking. They charged me for parking and never even asked if I had a car... they got no car info.. i didn't know anything about it til i got a receipt when checking put..I will not stay there again

My room view was bunch of stacked containers by the windows.

Rooms need update, hair dryer and iron not working. No sink and mold in the bathroom. Poor signing to hotel need to clean up outside of property.

personal at counter, the receptionist was very rude, I had the booking # of my friend and mine in my name and she did not understand that with the number of the booking the information of the reception of the two rooms appeared and she made it difficult for me, we were about to leave the place and look for another hotel
