great location i didn't have breakfast at hotel

I wished they had an elevator. New 43in. tv, cable wasn't reliable, no swimming pool, One of the rooms that I rented there was outdated A/C Heater, bullet hole through the window, stained batheroom carpet.

Odd smell in room, soap not usable ( had to go out and buy some), uncomfortable bed.

Location is good between Arches and Monument

Reception staff was very unprofessional. Breakfast is the worst we got during our trip. No normal tea, basic offer.

Room was definately clean as were the towels, sheets, etc. Mattress left a little to be desired but I slept well. It's right on the highway, but not noisy. I'm not much for breakfast so I wasn't disappointed, coffee was good. I will stay here again.

Beds were comfortable, room was fairly clean, good location and price.

The doors from the outside (not the main entrance) were not locked or in one case, even latched. They did not require a key card for entry. Literally anyone could have gotten in any time, day or night.

Although outdated, it is clean facility. Room was clean beds were comfy.

For the money paid, it was good enough. Nothing to complain.

You enter to a big sign saying NO PETS. I think, thank God! I'm extremely allergic. Then I look down & a cat starts meowing at me. It was all over. I even think I had cat dander in my room.

The room was amazing enjoyed it very much and the reasonable rates made it so worth the stay.

room was to cold took awhile for the room to heat up and no privacy at all can here u talk when you are entering the building to your room the doors had cracks where u can see the light coming in the room

I think the aspect of breakfast is pretty limited. I would think having a waffle griddle would be an economic solution. Making batter is minimal cost. I seriously may consider avocation with better breakfast or no no breakfast and eat off location

We came for a funeral. The sweet little kitty that greeted us at the front door and followed us down the hall turned tears to giggles!!

The breakfast was a little lacking but we understand that it was off season for this area.

Liked how big the three queen room was and how comfy the beds were it was perfect for our family. Also very clean

We ended up here for a very last minute stay due to a winter storm making driving impassable. We were able to check into a spotless room that was perfectly comfortable and had anything you might need (good bed, large mini fridge, microwave, in-room coffee) for a very reasonable price. Pleasantly surprised to find a basic breakfast included which made getting out on the road easier in the AM. (We were also charmed by the resident adorable cat who approached us for head scratches as we checked in!)
