Everything nothing worked in my room. Beds uncomfortable. phones was nasty and didn’t work. The kitchen stove was nasty didn’t work.

I liked the space in the unit

I didn’t like having only 2 towels and 2 wash cloths. I didn’t like not having separate bedding for the pullout sofa. Front desk said they didn’t have any extra clean in the building. My child ask me to go by sheets.

The kitchenette which was important to us. Location was great close to highways and stores and restaurants

Because of COVID, breakfast ended early and we didn't get breakfast. Also very few options. Would spend a little more money and stay at a better place.

Bed was lumpy. Mattress needs to be replaced. Unacceptable!

Toilet had a yellow ring in stool. Slight mold in shower. Needs to be bleached.

Close to restaurants and Wal Mart/Sam’s Club. Our kitchenette worked well for our needs.

At check-in, the female staff member was not friendly. Soon after, severe weather was moving into the area and no announcements were made regarding the need to take shelter or anything. (Tornado sirens were activated in the community.) Property looked like it needed some repairs (inside and outside) and a good clean.

The maintenance bursts in my room repeatedly while I was naked. Filing complaints!

Very nice room size and layout, nice staff, good breakfast, good location. Lots to like.

Room could have been cleaner, there was some deferred maintenance in common areas.

The front desk lady came up and checked it out and moved us to another room #405!

Took check in way too long because for the second time booking with you...they did not have me anywhere in the computer!?....also once we finally got into our room #307 and unpacked and ready to go out for the evening....we left out and checked the lock and realized the door was NOT locking at all!

We had been driving from Washington state on our way to Virginia and had met a number of wonderful people but the people I met at this location were the most gracious and friendly such a happy surprise especially during these crazy times I would be happy to visit again if ever I do that trip again

Very poor and cold. In week end not have eggs.

Poor clean the room. They do not pickup the garbage and don't put clean towels unless requested. General facilities need and update.

For the most part it was quiet. Close to restaurants and express way

Room could have been cleaned better. You could tell the last guest smoked in room. Breakfast was manned by one person, which also was responsible for front desk.
