Cleanliness of the room. Also the check out time being 12pm instead of 10am, helped to not feel rushed to leave in the morning, especially after a long day of driving.

Loved that they cheerfully moved us from a room meant to be used by a person that needed the extra space in the bathroom to navigate from a wheelchair. It was apparently the only room for us when we checked in late, but we were moved the next night. All this during the Iowa State fair when they were 100% booked some nights.

The bathroom in the original room meant for wheelchair access had no counter, just a sink. In other words there was no place to set down things like a makeup kit in this room's bathroom. The other rooms all had counters I believed. Ask which kind of room you will get at reservation time. Also they should add personal safes where needed.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was rather bland and they ran out of fruit and oat meal. They could have kept things cleaner and tidier. The handicap room they put us in was outdated. There was no counter space in the bathroom and the lighting was horrible. They also need to update the air conditioning system as it is VERY outdated.

Service and cleanliness of halls and elevator. They tried to charge me double for my room and it took an excessive amount of time to try to fix it and I'm not sure it's even fixed yet or not because my credit card company still says they charged me more than what I was supposed to be billed for. Not happy wasting time on trying to get mistakes fixed and staff gave me a business card for management that no longer works there.

Location was right off the expressway. Which was perfect for us, with a great little pub next door.

Room keys didn't work. Got four different keys and none of them worked, we were on the fourth floor. Finally got one that worked once. So bad that we had to leave the door open while we went down for breakfast so we could get back in the room. The air conditioner made noise all night long. Sounded like a fan hitting some metal. Should have requested a different room that keys opened the door and the air conditioner didn't make that horrible noise.

They could not find our reservation so I had to pay out of pocket. When I got our bank statement it says I was charged twice, once at the price you quoted and once at the price they charged me . I will not use your service again!!!!!!
