can’t really think of anything I didn’t like. we were only there for an overnight stay

The staff was excellent! From the very first day they remembered our names, were very accommodating, almost anticipating our needs.

The breakfast, first day was fine, fresh eggs and biscuits. The second day - packaged microwaved soggy sandwich, very bad!

Two bedroom suite was plenty of room for 5 people. Kitchen was full sized and had the basics. Trader Joe’s is very close. Really a great location and quiet hotel. We were on the ground floor and it was fine.

Doors were squeaky and a little hard to shut- kind of minor unless people were trying to sleep while others were needing to move between rooms.

The only complaint would be dirty window. But that's just picky. Loved the place.

Location is great and the space is comfortable.

The bed is too soft.

It is close to everything that you want to do in Eugene

Property feels tired. Competitors have come up up with much better covid breakfast solutions. Hotel is isolated. Didn’t feel very safe in neighborhood.

Rooms are small. Be aware that they charge $75 per pet. That's 3 times what other hotels charge. Also beware that they will still charge you for more room taxes above what booking says the amount is. Don't expect the manager to be helpful. They don't care.
