No free breakfast, no creamer for coffee or, free hot tea

This location was perfect for our needs. It was close to family and planned activities.

I was disappointed that there was no continental brerakfast (a fact that I must have overlooked when booking). The Bistro was a bit of a surprise.

Nothing! Staff was horrible and the place was nasty.

Comfortable room and bed

Could not find my reservation via confirmation number or name. Very impolite and incompetent staff at reception who was not able to find my reservation. Hotel manager finally found reservation by last name. After finding reservation and given keys to room sent to a room that was occupied. After checking in at 11PM finally found an unoccupied room at 12 midnight.

Customer service and cleaness

The bed was very comfy

Kids running in the halls till late at night. The Starbucks was not open in the morning. No one was at the snack/service bar that said it was open 24 hrs

The property was conveniently located to the facility we were playing baseball at for the weekend.

It is in need of a renovation. it looks as though some of the public space areas were renovated a couple of years back along with the guestrooms but everywhere else is in need of a refresh. the bathrooms were very dated with mold growing in the sealant. We had no soap in our bathroom, no sheets, pillows or comforter for the sleeper sofa. the front desk was unhelpful and once I’d been down a couple of times, he was able to find a couple of bars of soap and some sheets but we went without pillows and I had to share mine with my son. He was irritated that I was repeatedly asking for the items which should have already been in the room. The mattress on the sleeper sofa was so flimsy and you could feel the springs. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to sleep on it. For $250 a night, I would have expected the items and room to have been ready.

friendly staff, helpful. front desk guy tried to figure out why the pool wasn’t very warm. when it was supposed to be heated. he didn’t ignore you or push it off like most people. even came all the way up stairs when i couldn’t get my key card to work.

Its always nice to see people smiling when you arrive and when you leave. We really felt welcome. I deal with 2 different employees and both were very accomodating.

it was beautiful! the room was so fresh and clean I felt like I was living in luxury! the staff was so sweet especially the custodial staff and the bistro staff.
