The property has an excellent layout such that everything is easy to access and there are no bad parking spaces. There are lots of places to walk a dog, too. the rooms are roomy, 100% clean, and comfortable.

This was my first stay and I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room, the convenient location and layout of the property, the availability and ease of parking, and the very helpful staff.

The breakfast as it was explained to us is still recovering from protocols around covid. but the premade sandwiches, breakfast, wraps etc.. were all very good. Coffee was great although we went out and bought our own creamer.

Paying for parking. Did not read the fine print. But 12.00/night was not excessive.

Great place and location for a girls getaway weekend.

Hide-a-bed mattress is horrible. Definitely need to be upgraded

they charged for parking, clean dishes left in dishwasher, no shuttle available anymore, no happy hour

walking distance to mall and restaurants. extremely friendly and accommodating staff!!

The manager was nice and helpful.

The two girls under the manager didn’t seem to know what to do and had no patience. Also no pool indoors looked like an apartment instead of a hotel. Didn’t keep up the parking area had a lot of snow and ice. The doors were hard to open. To expensive for what you get. The staff besides manager were freaked out if you asked them something they need more training. Also why would there be a pool outdoors in Washington. Also had to ask for water didn’t even offer it to me poor customer service.

The rooms were very clean and ready to stay in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

During our stay the weather was very poor, the stairwells and sidewalks were extremely icy and uncapped which made it difficult for my family

I left at 630 and they were still getting ready to give out breakfast so I did not stay.

Wish I could could have stayed an extra day

I was in Washington for a family function. No time to try the breakfast. But loved that the rooms were more like a small apartment. Placed in a quiet semi attached room. If I get to stay longer, will be sure to stay again.

Promised a final bill to be emailed. Didn’t happen.

The staff - extremely friendly and helpful; the breakfasts were better than we expected.

Air conditioning in our room did not work

I like only the bed.

No breakfast! The across our room, there were having a party and smoking weed. I could not sleep until 1 AM. It wasn't worth paying that much money and no rest at night!

The rooms were beautiful, and very clean. I was quite impressed.
