Friendly staff, comfortable beds

Needs to be updated & deep cleaned

Room had a horrible smell. So bad I almost couldn't sleep but was too exhausted to say anything.

The tub did not drain while showering filled up and drain very slow after done.

Staff was friendly and main entrance was welcoming.

Room carpet was dirty, pull out couch had large stain and smelled like throw up, main curtain in living room area visually filthy with stains, trim caked with dirt, and breakfast was stale and limited.

Location: on I30 , easily found with GPS maybe not without one Nearby: Red Lobster, Steak and Shake next door, Cracker Barrel and McAlisters’ Deli within sight , others just a little bit away Staff: Friendly and helpful. Decor:Clean and modern , nothing unusual. Bathroom -Bright , well lit, clean, with nice high commode seat (easy to get up) and a sturdy grab bar on the wall of the shower. Beds & pillows; Large comfortable king bed and pillows. : Noise : Very quiet even on the first floor near the lobby. WiFi : Slower wifi was free and adequate , faster costs 4.95/night Plugs : lots at the table and by the bed USB Chargers: one side of the bed only. TV: Large HDTV with adequate channels Appliances: Full fridge with freezer compartment , dishwasher, microwave, and toaster , all new and functional. Coffee maker is traditional - no K-cups.

The manufactured flooring in the bathroom was very slippery to dry feet but better with wet feet. Be careful. Breakfast could be better :due to Covid breakfast offerings were sparse and coffee was weak .

Nobody cleaned up after there dogs

Clean , great location , comfortable bed and room . Very helpful and welcoming front desk staff. Will stay here again

Limited dishes in cabinets but later discovered they were all in dishwasher!!! 😕. Bathroom sink plugged but staff resolved within first day. No backup toilet tissue, had to call staff to replace. Was leaving for day and housekeeping next door. Specifically asked to be sure and empty our trash and replace dirty towels. Came back evening and dirty towels and trash still by our door

Water bugs, ripped curtains, rooms smell, furniture outdated, stains on floors, unkept hotel

We booked two rooms. In the first room, our bathroom hadn’t been cleaned - there was literally pee in the toilet. In the other room, there was a pee-smelling stain on the couch cushion, and the whole room smelled like smoke, even though we requested a non-smoking room. It was obvious that neither room had been well cleaned in quite a while.

Great Location. You get what you paid for.

There was dog poo all over the lobby and the stairs because the hotel is pet friendly, however, I saw nobody taking care of this.

I loved the location, it was very close to the mall and several restaurants.

I didn't realize it was a pet friendly hotel, I don't like pet friendly hotels personally. It was clean but our front door was extremely hard to open and one of the locks didn't work.
