Everything was very nice. The staff is amazing!!

Only small issue was the toilet paper holder was broken. And the shower drains slowly.

The staff was friendly. The facility was clean and orderly. Breakfast was decent, albeit they were quite proud of their prices.

Restricted water flow shower head. Water temperature would barely get above luke-warm. Toilet stool too short...maybe fine for females, but not the best for males. There seemed to be a California vibe about the place, and not in a good way. The choice of hotel music was questionable, rather niche, almost night club sound.

Upon entering hotel and room everything appeared wonderful. I have allergies and was looking for accommodations that were NOT pet friendly. Management assured me they did not allow pets.

They gave me a nice room but I didn’t sleep the first night because of a “dead rat smell”. I called the front desk after a few hours after check-in and they told me that I would have to wait until the morning for someone to check it out. It turns out, the smell was the pillow. It’s unbelievable that on the first night the bedding and towels were dirty and my car was burglarized on our last night there. I was also disappointed to find out that the hotel did not have security cameras. Both the sheriff’s office and myself were in disbelief. The sheriff stated that they have been called to the hotel on other occasions and got the impression that the management was dishonest. I felt disrespected by the general manager and they seemed unconcerned that I had a horrible experience. I stayed three nights there. The first night nasty linens, last night shattered window in my new car. I am not happy at all. I stayed there longer than I should have in good faith.

I have stayed at this location many times in the past and have always been pleased with the staff, location, cleanliness, etc.

I believe this hotel needs a bit of an update for the cost of the room. That and the bar needs to be open nightly.

The hotel was recently renovated and is clean and beautiful. Very nice pool and fire pit. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Under renovations. Staff was okay, not very talkative. Whispering to each other while my wife and I were checking in. Felt like we were an after thought.

Room was very good and the Staff were awesome. Super friendly and accommodating. I know they are interns from the Philippines and they are one of the most warm and friendly people in the world. Very very respectful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We checked in and went to our room only discover that there was no water. After repeated attempts to call the front desk, we were told the water would be turned on in about 30 minutes. We should have been informed about the water as we checked in. We went to dinner and the water was working when we returned. We slept and upon waking the next morning, again discovered that we had no water. We contacted the front desk and were told,that they hoped to have it on by 4:00-5:00 that afternoon. At that point, we requested a transfer to another hotel. We were transferred to the Residence Inn right down the street. We are both elderly and my husband has a lung disease. It was way too much work for us to unload our car, move into this room, then reload the car the next morning and have to unload again at a second hotel. I am especially upset that they did not even warn us when we checked into the Courtyard by Marriott!! The worst part is that we discovered that we had been charged for a total of 5 nights lodging at the Courtyard. We paid Booking.com for 3 nights at the time we made the reservation. Courtyard by Marriott charged us for another 2 nights. We went back by the Courtyard and were told that we were correct and that the manager would call us. We have never heard from the manager and have wound up having to dispute the charge with our credit card company. It was a most upsetting stay!!

Small bathroom and only one sink

The hotel in general, from the parking lot, lobby, and room was exceptionally clean. And staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that our room phone didn't really work, when I tried to call for extra bedding for the pull out couch.

The breakfast was really good and fresh. It had lots of flavor. Great amount of options to choose from

Location for me was good. Hotel was nice, it has a small limited menu restaurant. Staff was excellent and accommodating.

The A/C in the room worked well but loud, other than that no complaints.
