It had a bed and a window.

Claimed continental breakfast was provided in the filters when booking. After selecting the location for the weekend, and with that as 1 of the deciding factors,  we were informed at check-in they were short staffed and no continental breakfast or even coffee would be provided any morning for the duration of our stay. No appology, nevermind any compensation was offered. The listing advised they were "Pet friendly". We considered this a must have item due to both our cats traveling with us.  Yet as we checked in we were informed that only applies to dogs and the cats would have to be left in the truck as we would not be allowed to bring them into the room for even a short time. We would have canceled despite the late hour (as we expected/ planned on) but they charge a cancelation fee equal to the full first night and couldn't afford to pay that as well as to pay for the same night again elsewhere. There is a jacuzzi area as listed but not a pool that I saw anywhere. And not mentioned was that it is promptly closed t at 10PM if not sooner and doesn't open till after 10AM or later. We had days full of obligations and plans keeping us busy almost non stop each day and had intended to use the facilities to de-stress and treat ourselves to some relaxing time each evening but with the limited hours that was impossible.  We never were able to use it at all unfortunately. There were other concerns including unfriendly staff (mocking other potential customers after phone calls in front of us for example) and an attempted break in or theft of our truck from the parking lot. Fortunately we caught the men in the act and were able to prevent them getting away with our truck, including our belongings and most importantly,  our 2 very confused, lonely and very cramped up & frustrated cats.

The host was a very friendly guy and quite decent The hotel itself as far as looks could be a little better but not bad.

Their house keeping staff are useless. Even our pillows and sheets had been reset. Meaning they were NOT changed from the previous guest. Pillow cases had long human hair on both sides. The sheets had not been laundered either. To make it even better both the bed and pillows should have been replaced a long time ago. Bed was worn down badly and the pillows were flat, lumpy, and heavy. Meaning you don't want your face near them. Went to the front desk to find nobody and no bell. Neither of us could sleep that night. I will NOT be staying there again. Makes me wonder about the "awards" this place has listed cause they certainly can not be for this location

The man working was very nice.

The front door was locked at our arrival. We found this to be very odd for mid day. The first room was large, but there was a water leak from sink that had been leaking for some time. As the room smelled horrible of mold and mildew. You could hear the water squish under our shoes as we walked in. The first time I have ever asked to be moved rooms! When entering the second room, the smell was better but still a strong oder of mold. The bath tub had long black hairs in it. As well as cigarette burns on the side of the tub. There was cigarette burns on all blankets top and the thin one inside the bed. There was old coffee in the coffee pot. The elevator had also strong oder of mold and chemicals in the kitchen. Needless to say we won't ever be staying here again.
