Property was fine but unfortunately my bill was much higher than my original room rate. Paid the amount but decided next time I would print my confirmation.

Der Pool - das Wasser war warm und perfekt für unseren Sohn, da er flach reinlaufen konnte. Das tolle Zimmer. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen, da mein Mann Gold Elite Member ist und ich zudem am Tag der Ankunft Geburtstag hatte. Haben eine Suite im neueren Gebäude bekommen.

The air conditioner was annoying never shut off even when I turned it off. Very loud and noisy. Could of used ear plugs.

Poolside bartender and the gym

The staff were exceptional and the facilities were great. The breakfast options were phenomenal. Well be back!

Front desk staff miserable and unaccommodating because we booked from booking.com. Broken toilet that was not fixed for our entire four day stay.

Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Good location. There is a restaurant in the back of the hotel. Hotel is on the water.

It was a little expensive, but that is to be expected for Florida Keys.

The staff was very friendly. Shout out to “Uncle Larry” at the front desk who made us laugh every day! Plenty of parking and housekeeping did a great job!

More carts are needed for luggage. Need to change up the options for breakfast. We were there for six days and it was always the same.

Cleanliness, helpful staff, all appliances in working order, great amenities, relaxing ambiance.

We were upgraded to a room overlooking the pool and sea beyond. The room was quiet and very clean, with a coffee machine, fridge and microwave. We had dinner at Sparky’s nearby which had generous servings and nice music. We collected breakfast but chose to eat in our room. The beds were superb. I had my best nights sleep in the 2 weeks we’ve been in the US.

Très sympathique hôtel placé à Marathon, le long de l’overseas Highway. Nous avions une grande belle chambre avec une superbe vue sur la piscine et sur l’océan ! Chambre 301, magnifique. La literie était excellente et le personnel très agréable. Piscine bien chauffée en cette époque avec plein de chaises longues. Et juste attenant à l’hôtel un restaurant grill typique américain, avec bar, chanteuse de country. Nous y avons très bien mangé.

Le petit déjeuner (compris) pourrait mieux faire et comme souvent aux USA avec toute la vaisselle en plastique 😟

How clean the property was, the entire staff was welcoming and pleasant and the location was easy to find.

My room key stopped working at 9 am and check out was at 11am.

Ruhige Lage, super Aussicht von unserem Balkon, der beheizte Pool und das Restaurant, in dem ein ausgezeichneter Hummer von netter Bedienung offeriert wurde.

Everything. The vibe, the staff, the comfy room, nice pool, good breakfast. The tiki bar with great atmosphere, live music and delicious food and cocktails. I totally recommend this place to visit the keys from here.
