The first person I interacted with was wonderful and I liked how many towels they started us with and that there was a cute rubber ducky in the bathroom

The beds were very hard and I paid for 2 queen size beds but those beds were both full size so very upset about that. The cleaning staff never came to our room while we were gone to clean it so the towels that were dirty that the 4 of us used were never picked up or restocked. I don't like that they just have us drop off the cards at the end I like to check out so I know for sure they know we left when we were supposed to. The continental breakfast was disgusting nothing was hot and the bread items were all stale. My mother and sister stayed at a different hotel that had amazing selection of breakfast and the fave them full size shampoo conditioner and body wash. Next time we stay at a hotel it will not be hampton in but the one my mother stated at which was holiday Inn express.

When we arrived, we were given a room that faced the road construction, which was loud and we were unable to sleep. When we asked the front desk, they said the construction goes on during the night hours due to traffic during the day. According to the front desk, this had been happening for a couple of weeks and had no end in sight. However, the room rate isn't reflecting any knowing inconvenience. I asked to be moved to the other side of the building. The front desk did move me to another room, which was very kind and appreciated.

That we had to go to the front desk, to begin with. Since I had requested a quiet room, and there were rooms on the other side of the building, why would I have been given a room facing all-night construction?

Excellent service, very clean

The room was terrific - my wife had to work and there was a giant desk in the room. The breakfast was the only downer - the eggs were very watery and inedible. And the sausage was not a breakfast sausage but an andouille type that was not good. We ended up stopping at a fast food restaurant instead.
